Fire flows

In the event of a fire flow, the i2O system will open up the PRV within 1-2 minutes (depending on the PRV type) to the maximum available P2 value. In most cases, the value of P2 achieved will be significantly higher than the previous fixed PRV outlet value of P2. After the fire flow is shut off, P2 will be brought back down to its correct level within 1- 2 minutes.
